Volunteer
Cardiff Science Festival relies on fantastic volunteers to help support the events. This might be talking to the public at events, doing demonstrations, supporting the running of events, science busking or other ways to support the festival. We’re keen to ensure that volunteers are comfortable with the activity that they’re doing, so we will ensure that volunteers are assigned to tasks that they wish to be assigned to.
Volunteering for Cardiff Science Festival provides the opportunity to get experience in communicating with the public about science, supporting the aims of the festival and ensuring that the events in the festival have a great impact on Cardiff. In recognition of the generous support by volunteers, Cardiff Science Festival will cover the cost of a meal for volunteers who support events or science busking.
